Technically, Future Primitive is just outside Seattle city limits in White Center, but let's not quibble over a couple of blocks. Founded by veterans of Seattle's craft beer scene, this is the third brewery to occupy this building. Beers comprise a good range of craft-beer standards, and the kettles are helmed by veteran brewer Kevin Watson. Food truck permanently parked outside provides beer-friendly snack options, and there's covered outdoor seating too. | |
